After I found out that they were out of stock. It seemed to go very good. At getting what I order right out

I paid for expedited delivery 2 to 4 days and I got it in seven days.

I received the vaccines and two of the vaccine bottles were shattered. I emailed the contact us email and have yet to hear a response. Disappointing. However the vaccines arrived cold, they were packaged really well. It's unfortunate for me two were broken. I may have to find a new place in the future to get my vaccines.

Their website fails to disclose to consumers when products are out of stock & accepts transactions for products they do not have. In addition, there is also no email notification process in place to inform consumers that the product ordered is not available when the order confirmation email is generated after the online transaction is complete. The online order history shows a pending status. In order to obtain a true status, the consumer must call to follow up at which time, the consumer is informed that the product is out of stock with no ETA. Customer service is aware of the website and automated issues.
Sadly, the same technical issues exists for Entirelypets.com who is an affiliated entity of Healthypets.com.
If your pet requires Rx or supplements that are time-sensitive, do not order online. Even when Express 1-2 day shipping is paid ($29.95 at Healthypets.com) or $34.95 (Entirelypets.com), you will not be properly informed that your item is unavailable and will not ship.

Dreadful. I took physical receipt of the order four minutes after FedEx delivery because I knew this order must remain cool to remain viable. I was horrified to open the box because the items were past warm to hot. The cooling packets were very warm water. There was no extra insulation. I immediately phoned Healthy Pets and spoke with Sean. He told me he would replace this order after contacting “the pharmacy.” He further told me I would receive an email with a new order number. He then told me that he would personally follow up. None of these actions occurred. I contacted my veterinarian. She told me that she would not sell these probiotics if she received them warm because the probiotics would not be as viable, if still viable at all. As I did not hear from Healthy Pets pursuant to my call to Sean, I placed a report to PayPal for refund resolution of this order. I no longer trust Healthy Pets.

I love this website! I use to order my 15year old Pitbull Sensilife on Amazon and the price was just ridiculous and they never have it in stock!

The site was easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. The product is exactly as described and arrived quickly. I would buy from them again.

I have yet to receive what I ordered. Not impressed. Ready to request a refund.

It was so easy to order our meds from Healthy Pets. They had a good selection of meds.

Just took my money and didn’t ship my products. No response to any of my emails! Unbelievable!

Ended up getting my money back after winning a PayPal dispute (which of course they didn’t bother responding to either).

Stay away from this company!

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

Horrible, gave my order April 16th and at May 2nd have not received it. This will be my last dealing with this company. If you are not in a rush and don’t mind wanting for a month, I guess it would OK.

I study and research animals since 1981. I order a lot for over 20 years from all or most of the animal supply chain. Never had so much problem with late or non delivery like with HealthyPets.com and their sister company entirelypets.com. This is principal Lech Alex Bajan, Virginia, USA.

I ordered a liquid shed product for my dog on April 13th and it said shipping would take 4-8 days. Whenever my dog has stopped taking this, she sheds like crazy so I was really hoping to have this to my house before we ran out. After 10 business days I emailed asking where my product was. It still said “processing” under my orders status and had no signs of being shipped. They emailed me saying to wait 1-2 days. I waited 2 days, emailed again demanding a full refund and to send the product to my address immediately. I got an email back saying they cancelled the order because that’s what I requested???? Now I’m 17 days out from buying the product and left to buy from somewhere else. Do NOT order from them- absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered Azodyl to Poland. It was delivered in a week. Well packed, Azodyl was chilled. Gonna order again.

The items we ordered arrived safely packed. Ordering was efficient and we received them quickly. Healthy Pets has always been an excellent company to order items for our dogs.

I’d give this company zero stars if that was an option. I ordered medicine for my elderly dog because the indicated I’d get it in 3-4 days... over a week later nothing but they collected monies... had to call multiple times and finally got shipping info. When order arrived I only received 1/2 my order but billed for entire order. Had to place multiple calls to get through and was told they were out of stock, so I requested a refund for items not received. After 2 weeks filed a complaint with PayPal... finally a month later PayPal sided with me and I received a refund for items not received. Horrible company with poor customer service. Would not recommend.
