An okay choice for insurance

I currently use this company for my Medicare PDP, and think that they deserve an average grade overall - letter gradeof C. My pluses and minuses are below:

Pluses:

1)They don't charge a monthly premium.

2) They process refills of medication fairly quickly.

Minuses:

1) They don't offer email or fax communication.

2) They have a chat platform available, but normally expect you to call for any inquiries. When I chatted yesterday, the chat agent didn't help one bit and was kind of rude. But I do hate phone calls for many reasons, including long waits on the line and zero documentation.
