Oasis offers a very relaxing atmosphere.
My wife and I have been loyal customers of Oasis Hot Tubs Gardens in Ann Arbor for the last 30 years - since the mid 90s and have generally found it to be worthy of a 5 star rating. We always look forward to going there weekly, because it is so relaxing and healing to our bodies.
They have great hot tub suites, especially Tibet and Japan, our two favorite. Their suites are very artistically beautiful and so relaxing. Most of their staff are very nice, especially Jenny, who deserves a 10 star rating. They also offer email coupons and points, which help defray the cost. They also give you a birthday gift.
The only issue I have, is that on a few occasions their desk clerks have called us more than 15 minutes before the end of our session, which made me feel like we were being shortchanged on our full hour. We are entitled to a full hour from the time we enter our suites until the time we exit. My wife and I have always been in full compliance with this policy.
My wife and I are always punctual, very friendly to the desk clerks and never take advantage of Oasis Hot Tub Gardens.
