Helen (I think that was her name), was very helpful. Finding the exact room in the hotel which we wanted was difficult so she rang the supplier who was able to sort it out,although she had to hold on the phone for about 40 minutes. She was very patient.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. After a lot of info from Riviera Cruises about our forthcoming river cruise and the fact it may be cancelled, Tracy and Joanne could not have done a better job looking after us. Making sure we were kept updated and organising our cancellation, rebooking and booking a last minute holiday. Well done girls yous deserve a medal for all the hard work.
