Great service
Came in wanting to know more and ended up booking a holiday at short notice.
Only one question- thought we booked All inclusive, but on arriving at hotel it is full board -NOT all inclusive!

The manager (KIRSTY at Syston) dealt with us and she was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to find a suitable holiday in the Canaries which was very well priced. She suggested that we might add on some extra days which made the package even better value for money.
She was also able to speak from herr own personal experience of the hotel we booked and was able to speak very highly about it.
The staff are always friendly and helpful there. She also booked airport car parking for us at a good price and made it clear what happens next and when.
This was much easier for us than trawlibg through the internet and gwtting confused by the various options.
