I rang Hays Travel to book a Norwegian Fjords cruise and spoke to Jack.

He was absolutely lovely from the start — really warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I already had a quote from another travel agent and Jack managed to beat it by £5, every little helps!

As this was my first time booking a cruise, and I was booking for a group with some specific requirements, I had quite a few questions. Jack was so patient and considerate and took the time to go through everything with me without ever making me feel like I was being a nuisance.

He made the whole process really easy and, most importantly, I felt like I could trust him to get everything right.

By the end of the conversation I honestly felt like we could be friends! 😂 That’s how friendly and personable he was.

I always book my cruises through Hays Cruise Centre. They are excellent at getting you the best of what you want in a cruise. Staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Tim is my go to for terrific assistance in choosing the best deal.

We always book our cruises through Becky Yuen at Hayes Cruise Centre. Becky is always very helpful, well informed and prompt in her response, which is very much appreciated.

We used Chelsea of Hayes very recently to book our 2027 cruise. She was brilliant so we made contact with her again to do our 2028 cruise booking.
Same again, super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lovely to deal with someone in person especially when they are so good!

There was plenty of information and we were kept updated throughout. Will travel again but need to book entertainment etc as we board as it soon fills up.Dining was excellent. Cabin was a little tight for space but very comfortable and clean and you only sleep there. Staff very approachable, efficient and polite. All in all an experience worth repeating which is why will be travelling with P&O again. We are already looking forward to our next voyage
