Hayes Travel in Rochdale are so helpful, always ready to look for something different if u want it, they hav time for u, even make u a cup of tea/ coffee. Solving problems, u can go in & it’s like visiting friends we hav used them regularly, trust them to get a good deal, they will try every company to get u a good dea.

The staff member called Mai was very attentive and explained everything about the booking to me.

I visited the Rochdale branch today and we were served by Amy. She was absolutely fantastic — so helpful and truly went above and beyond to get us sorted with a cruise. She was incredibly understanding of our situation and very patient throughout the whole process. She never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance.

I’d been searching nonstop for a holiday for me and my 7-year-old son, but everywhere I looked was fully booked and I was starting to feel really disheartened. I went into the Rochdale Hays Travel branch hoping they might be able to help, even though I knew it would be a difficult task. The lady who assisted me was absolutely amazing she was patient, understanding, and really listened to everything I wanted. Despite how busy it is and how limited availability was, she somehow managed to find us the perfect holiday to Egypt with everything I’d asked for.
She truly went above and beyond, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. I now have one very excited little boy, and it’s all thanks to her hard work and dedication. Exceptional service from the Rochdale team
