Patient kind and helpful
We were indecisive about which holiday we wanted but Ella in Rochdale was patient, polite and very helpful. Eventually we took brochures home and rang later with our choice. A good service Hays travel.

Booked a holiday through Hays Travel recently and Mae was amazing. She was really friendly and made the whole process so easy. She took the time to go through a few options with me and helped find something that was exactly what I was looking for.
Nothing felt rushed and she explained everything clearly, which made it all a lot less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right holiday.
Really great service — I’d definitely book with Hays Travel again and would 100% recommend Mae!
