Canada trip through Hayes Travel …
We booked a trip to Canada with Hayes with a lovely agent called Robyn H. She had the patience of a saint as I kept changing the hotels , itinerary etc. She went through everything we needed to know both in person and on the phone. Because of her we have the perfect holiday to look forward to.

Stress free booking
Went to Morpeth office on Saturday with no idea what cruise we wanted. After discussing options with Natalie she found a great cruise to Norway where we have not been before. The timing of the cruise (October) was just what we wanted. Natalie did a great job booking the cruise for us with P&O. Stress fre visit and a great result, thank you.

Having gone into Hays at Morpeth with a specific hotel and destination in mind Vicky was more than helpful in, not only locating it, but also searching other sites to get the best price for us. She then went on to price airport parking, again finding an excellent deal. Nothing seemed too much trouble and our visit was hassle free.
