Before we made a booking my wife delt with the young girl on bureau exchange to sort problems logging into her hays card. She sorted everything out with a very pleasing attitude.

Joanne was extremely helpful and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and searched for the best deal for us, especially flight times, as it was a short break and my daughter needed to be back to collect the children. Joanne was brilliant and found us a nice hotel, great flights, and kept us close to our budget. She was lovely and searched for the best options as if she was planning for her own family.
