Hays Travel - Killingworth Reviews 

Have found Hays Travel to be a very informative organisation keeping us up to date with ongoing ventures eg recent shared presentation with Newmarket Holidays. As a result this encouraged the booking of another holiday to South America through your Killingworth branch where we always enjoy and receive a totally professional and friendly service from Lyndsey and the rest of the staff. We had quite a few issues along the way with quotes, flight availability and prices changing, and at times it felt like we were getting nowhere. However, the girls never gave up. They worked incredibly hard to find us exactly what we wanted and kept searching until they found the right package for us.

Stephanie even managed to secure free baggage for us, which was a lovely extra and very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, and throughout the whole process they were friendly, patient, professional and determined to get us the best deal possible.

I’ve booked many trips with this branch over the years and also have a Mexico holiday booked with them. The service is always outstanding, and that’s why I keep coming back.

We went to have a look at some holiday destination not knowing where we would like to go .
The manageress could not have been more helpful she spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had the wright package. Definitely will use hay again

I made the mistake of revealing my maximum budget.
My restrictions were a specific date +/- 2 days, less than I hour from the airport, close to tavernas and shops and not too hilly.
The options provided started at my maximum and went up. The only option to reduce the price was to reduce the holiday from 14 to 11 days. I was too late and wanted the most expensive dates!
I declined the offers and went to another Travel agent.
Within 10 minuted I had several options - all meeting my criteria.
After checking relevant local information data, I booked my option. All with 30 mins.
AND I was more than £800 below the limit supplied to the Hays agent.
So much for her claim "we're independent so we are not tied in and can get the best deals available!"
I'm glad I declined the Coffee offered at the start.
