Hays Travel - Forestside Reviews 

Since Hays travel arrived at Forestsi we have always found a welcome smile from all the staff. We have found a special person in Natalie who goes to great lengths to find the right holiday for all her customers.

We have been going to Hays Travel from it open at Forestside and to Thomas Cook before that and we have always had great help. Natalie is great nothing is to much trouble she takes her time to explain every thing. All the people who work there are very friendly.

The staff in my local Forestside branch are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They listen to what you want and then do you up a package that is right for you

My travel advisor listened to what I wanted and recommended appropriate holidays. She was very open and honest and I felt confident in going for what she recommended.

Very helpful patient staff especially Rebecca who always takes the time to explain changes in flight times and makes good recommendations and as we are oldies prints out our travel documents for us

I've always received absolute professional and engaging interaction with all staff. Thier Professionalism coupled with interaction is second to none. HOWEVER, not judging just an observation, I ordinarily would ALWAYS USE JET 2 . as this was a short four day break to Cyprus with RYANAIR,, thought it somewhat Forward of , "Mr. OLEARY" to demand payment FOURTEEN WEEKS prior departure, not a problem for me but an observation.... you get what you pay for and clearly C.E.O. RYANAIR is money orientation is his priority,,, regrettably.
