The consett staff are great
The consett staff are great. Margaret sorted our alfa holiday for us. As we had to cancel one holiday and she rearranged it for another date. She was so pleasant and very helpful.

I approached a girl called Margaret in the Consett branch with several options, and she was ringing round trying to get me the best deal but was number nine in the queue. She told me that she would take this up in my absence, if I left, she would call me back. To me, she went over and beyond what was expected and found me my perfect holiday after a few phone calls.
