A Train Journey With A Difference
I booked with Emma who made the process very relaxing and easy . Last year we went to Vietnam which was also booked through Hays and Emma suggested going with Intrepid which was brilliant advice . We had a great holiday !

Very pleased with our experience with Hays Travel.
My wife and I wanted to have a special holiday to Canada to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.
We very rarely use travel agents, preferring to organise trips ourselves but this time we decided that we needed to speak to the professionals.
Emma at the Colchester branch listened to what we wanted and adding some ideas of her own, very quickly came up with a wonderful itinerary that was just what we were looking for.
We were very happy with the service provided.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, meet our wants and needs every time.
We are made to feel like friends as well as customers. Everything is answered speedily efficiently, and correct each time we have a booked. Needs are repeated back from what we say before holiday is booked. Then once in booking system, xwtails.comformed.again before.bookmconfirmed. Once booked, email sent to confirm everything. The lovelies check us in 18 days before departure and confirm paperwork. Currency explained as well as the MasterCard.
Huge thanks to Emma, Chloe, Mykee who I deal with all the time. Thanks to lily who checked us in. And also thanks to rest of teAm who are all amazing. We won't book anywhere else Nymore, hays travel.colchester are our past and future holidays ❤️
