Olivia was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable about the holidays you offer. Very patient as we had no idea where we wanted to go but did stipulate adults only.
She showed us lots of options before we settled on Turkey.
She explained everything clearly and concisely.
All staff in the Colchester branch have been polite and helpful in the past as well.

Effortless experience
Visited twice, first visit for price check and advice, staff were helpful. Returned a week later to book and again staff very helpful and made the process easy and painless.
