As soon as we both entered the shop, we were greeted by the whole staff, they were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Also Susan understood exactly what we were looking for, foe our holiday experience, and was on point with where to chose and book, everything was a lovely experience, and highly recommend hays travel company and their team 5* on every level

The process of booking a cruise was quick and took less than half an hour. The agent gave us all the information we needed and said that she would print all the travel documentation for my party when available. Infact no fuss really straight forward.

Sophia in the Cleveleys branch was so helpful, friendly and pleasant.
We booked a large family holiday that was complicated for several reasons but she was patient and double checked areas where we had concerns
Following us booking the holiday we phoned back to change some payment details and again was so lovely and helpful, despite us taking up so much of her time already.
I have used Hayes several times before, although never the Cleveleys branch, and always recommend to others. As a company Hayes have often been able to price match a holiday we have found offering us the protection of a package. We have had consistent good value and service.
