Hays Travel - Cleveleys Reviews 

I was happy with the travel agent tried her hardest to get the hotel I wanted in New York but unfortunately it was fully booked but got another one.The travel also got me the flight I wanted which I was most grateful. The travel agent worked so hard.

Katie was absolutely amazing during the process. She found exactly what we was looking for and made sure she did everything she could. She booked our family holiday last year and was outstanding then. Absolute credit to Hays Cleveleys.

Louise was very friendly and helpful.

Tegan was very helpful,and sorted everything out.

The service was very good from Sandra , she helped sort out the best hotel and deals, she all so advised us on when to go and airport to go from .
She advised us to go back into the store and she would sort the boarding passes on our phones as Ryan Air now don’t do paperwork.

Customer service lady was excellent she listened carefully/patiently to our request/requirements. Her research was thorough and careful. All our questions were acknowledged and answered with confidence. Her knowledge was excellent.

Went to cleveleys branch of Hays Travel late Friday afternoon. Told them exactly what we wanted Early Saturday morning received a phone call with a time to call into the office and there was the perfect holiday waiting for us. Thank you.

I was looked after by Tiegan an Cleveleys . It was a difficult family holiday I was booking but Tiegan was so patient and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . She is an absolute credit to Hays travel .

I always use Hays Travel in Cleveleys and Louise is always very helpful and understands my requirements in finding the perfect cruise. The Cleveleys branch has a nice atmosphere where you feel welcomed by the staff.

They were very helpful in finding our holiday and patient, checked all flights and packages and got us the best deal.

We usually book our holidays on the internet ourselves but had seen some good offers in the window so decided to see what we could get for a last minute break in the winter sun.
Cloe was really good at finding us a holiday even though we were rather vague on our needs. There was no pressure to buy & she was very professional too.
She found us a good deal & was also able to find us a discount which was even better!
We will use this company again for our next holiday in April & hopefully Cloe will be there to help us again. Thank you
