Alison Wilding and Mandy Taverner are an amazing duo at Hawley and Rodgers Loughborough. They both helped me over the course of several months regarding financial separation. At times my journey was stressful and traumatic, however, Alison and Mandy guided me through with utmost professionalism. They responded to emails promptly, kept me informed of developments and most importantly to me, provided a human touch at times of need in understanding totally my predicament, working with me to find a solution. Michelle Frisby and her team at Hawley and Rodgers Solicitors in Loughborough looked after me extremely well when I recently moved house. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend them highly. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and easily accessible. What was a stressful time was made easier by them.

Our parents have used Hawley & Rodgers since the 1960's for their legal affairs. Over recent years losing our dad and mum developing dementia they have been by our side. They become a part of your family and work hard to make the difficulties less so. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently sold a property and used Filomena Licciardi for the conveyance. Everything went smoothly, I was kept up to date throughout the whole process. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I would give no stars if possible.Terrible service avoid at all costs and save money while they keep you waiting and waiting.Rubbish excuses to why things aren't being done,can't believe you are supposed to believe them,pathetic.

Terrible company, send them countless times. They never respond to emails. How can you provide a service if you cannot even reply to emails?

The conveyancing team were incredible during our lengthy house buying process. The team were supportive, communicative and really wanted to help us secure our first home. Would highly recommend Hawley and Rodgers (and Michelle) when looking to buy your first home or any property.

Do not engage with them unless you want a difficult experience. They are simply awful and how they continue in business I do not know. Avoid. Don't sell your house to a buyer who uses this firm and stay a million miles away from any probate or will business.

Do not use these solicitors under any circumstances. They have made so many mistakes, had so many delays and cost me a lot of money and time. It's almost like they go out their way to cause you problems and cost you money.
