I had a fantastic experience with Mark…

I had a fantastic experience with Mark at Estée Lauder in H beauty, Silverburn. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. Mark took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered excellent advice without being pushy. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and personal. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuine service these days. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond – I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend asking for Mark if you visit Estée Lauder at H beauty Silverburn!

I clearly without exaggerating do not…

I clearly without exaggerating do not understand the lack of loyalty and professionalism especially when it comes to top famous brand Harrods if not the most famous one

An expensive fragrance was ordered which has never arrived and more importantly was left somewhere outside my house

So far so good , what amazed me really was the incapabiliry of understanding the issue by Harrods customer service which in more than three weeks time were giving me nicely dressed apologetic words with 0 effect result

And after almost a month chasing them , I managed to get my money back for paying their products which somehow meant to be the most recognisable and aknoledgwed trade mark….well , in words possible

Extremely disappointed and yes I know that my humble £360 will not change your billion pound investment but hey at least I can share my experience and “ moan “ about while someone there in the office reading it with his/her fat annual salary and enjoying the weather

Fantastic , thanks but not thanks
I will stick next time to some more respectful retailers

p.s Do not bother replying and investigating the matter no more , I know it takes precious time

Vas was the absolute best

Vas was the absolute best! Nothing was too much trouble- Vasoulla was patient, courteous, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable in helping me with my Reward 10% Weekend fragrance purchase. Saule was fantastic. Such a kind and caring Woman. We chatted through and she told me everything she was doing.

We were served by Jacqueline at Tom Ford and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Jacqueline struck the perfect balance between professionalism, expertise and a genuinely warm, friendly approach. She took the time to ask questions and understand our preferences before carefully narrowing down the fragrances that best suited our tastes.

At no point did we feel rushed or pressured; instead, the experience felt personal, enjoyable and tailored to us. Jacqueline’s knowledge of the range was excellent, and her recommendations were spot on.

What a wonderful experience today

What a wonderful experience today. The staff were so lovely and helpful. I just want to say a huge thank you to Shiva who was so patient and knowledgeable in helping me decide on my new fragrance. My husband and little boy were glad she was there to help otherwise they would have been tortured with my indecision. I had such an exceptional experience with MJ at BYREDO that I genuinely felt compelled to leave a review.
From the moment I walked in, she went far beyond what I expected. The service was glorious from start to finish — thoughtful, deeply personalised, warm, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling forced. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy throughout the entire experience, which is such a rare thing in luxury retail these days.
MJ has a real gift for understanding people and guiding them towards fragrances that feel personal rather than just selling a product. She made the entire experience feel elevated, memorable, and special. Honestly, I do not want to buy perfume from anyone other than her now.
There should genuinely be more employees like MJ. She is a huge asset to Byredo and deserves all the praise and recognition possible. Thank you again for such beautiful service.

Great service from Koko at Bobby brown

I had such a nice experience with Koko at Bobby Brown in Harrods. I originally went in just looking for a blush, but Koko made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. She was very friendly, kind, and welcoming, and she took the time to explain everything properly without ever making me feel rushed.
She has such a joyful vibe and was really patient and attentive while listening to what I was looking for. She also took extra time to show me other products that would suit my skin and fit my lifestyle, which I really appreciated.
Koko is very knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made me feel comfortable and confident in the products I was choosing. I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Koko if you’re visiting Bobby Brown in Harrods!
