Amika was extremely helpful in assisting me purchase Harrods Teddy Bear gifts one of which I needed urgently for a five year old boy who was in hospital having undergone a serious head operation after an accident in a child’s soft play area. He had suffered a fractured skull, pierced artery and a bleed. He will be so happy to receive this wonderful Teddy Bear. Many thanks for all your help Amika. I had experienced great difficulty trying to order these on line due to various issues with the on line system and I was put in touch with Harrods Gifts & Signature dept in Harrods Knightsbridge store who dealt with my order efficiently, professionally and in a kind and friendly manner. From the moment I approached the counter, Maariyah's warm smile, welcoming manner, and genuine enthusiasm immediately made me feel at ease. I had been struggling for quite some time to find the correct shade of foundation, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect match.
What impressed me most was her dedication to ensuring I was completely satisfied. After expertly selecting a shade, she encouraged me to view it in natural daylight and even accompanied me outside to make sure I could do so comfortably without any issues with security. This level of care and attention to detail was truly outstanding and demonstrated her commitment to customer satisfaction.
Maariyah's product knowledge was exceptional. She took the time to explain products thoroughly and offered recommendations that were genuinely tailored to my needs. What made the experience particularly enjoyable was that her approach was never pushy. Her suggestive selling felt authentic, informative, and honest, which gave me complete confidence in her advice. I have been a Harrods customer for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been so disappointing that I am seriously considering closing my account altogether.
The latest issue involved a pair of shoes that arrived in an unacceptable condition. I contacted customer services immediately upon receipt and returned the item straight away. Despite doing everything promptly and following the process exactly as instructed, I am still dealing with delays and unnecessary procedures instead of receiving a straightforward refund.
What frustrates me most is the amount of time and effort I have had to spend fixing a problem that was not caused by me. I had to arrange the return, make an extra trip to send the item back, repeatedly follow up, and continue chasing a resolution.
The customer service experience has been exhausting. Every simple issue seems to become a lengthy process. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I feel like I am constantly having to fight for reasonable outcomes.
What is particularly disappointing is that this is not an isolated incident. The way recent issues have been handled has gradually damaged my confidence in the brand. I continued shopping with Harrods because of the benefits and loyalty programme, but the customer service experience has become so frustrating that I am now questioning whether it is worth it.
Luxury retailers should make life easier for customers, not harder. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I purchased a Jaquemus bag online which was on sale. When the bag arrived, it looked like someone had took a used bag and chucked it in a box with no tag on it. It didn’t look new at all. No jaquemus box, no receipt, no dust bag, no tissue papers inside or outside the bag, no authenticity card. It only came in a flat Harrods’ box

Absolutely amazing experience. I have purchased watches all over the world, and my experience at Harrods Tudor with Darren was the best I’ve ever had.
I have worked with boutiques from nearly every major watch brand, including Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and Rolex, and the level of service I received from Darren was truly exceptional.
Darren was attentive, positive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do while assisting me in obtaining a watch I wanted. His communication and follow-through were outstanding throughout the entire process.
I’ve always liked the Tudor brand, but after this experience, I’ll be purchasing many more watches from Darren. He made the entire buying experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended.

My daughters earrings came damaged. They said they will have to send it off for inspection first. I got these for my daughters wedding and was told nothing will be done about it until they sent off. They said coming into store won't help either. Very poor customer care!

Mark took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered excellent advice without being pushy. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and personal. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuine service these days. I clearly without exaggerating do not understand the lack of loyalty and professionalism especially when it comes to top famous brand Harrods if not the most famous one
An expensive fragrance was ordered which has never arrived and more importantly was left somewhere outside my house
So far so good , what amazed me really was the incapabiliry of understanding the issue by Harrods customer service which in more than three weeks time were giving me nicely dressed apologetic words with 0 effect result
And after almost a month chasing them , I managed to get my money back for paying their products which somehow meant to be the most recognisable and aknoledgwed trade mark….well , in words possible
Extremely disappointed and yes I know that my humble £360 will not change your billion pound investment but hey at least I can share my experience and “ moan “ about while someone there in the office reading it with his/her fat annual salary and enjoying the weather
