Unbelievable

I ordered a pair of men’s La Sportiva Approach shoes for a mountain trip and received a huge package full of hair extensions, bikinis, glitter face decorations, all kinds of random “Shein” branded items. It could not be further from what I ordered.

And customer service does not have a phone number for direct contact whilst I have to wait and hope for them to eventually pick up my case via email.

Update 16/08 - 48hrs since delivery and soon the same since raising my case and still nothing from the Customer Service team. 😤😔

Further update 16/08 - Antonin from the team kindly got in contact and issued an immediate refund and understandable explanation of the situation.

shipment lost, refund non existent

The shipment got delayed to the point where the package seemed lost or is lost. Noone seems to know it.
I did not get a second shipment and had to beg for a cancellaation and the refund of my money. Hardloop did not get in contact, i had to.

Update 07.08. no refund until now and my message are getting ignored. I am currently opening a case on PayPal. Seems like I am not the only one.

Great Online Store

I have made several purchases over the past few years and everythign has always gone well. Free EU shipping over a given amount, easy returns if something doesn't fit as it should, as well as professional and friendly customer service. Their outdoor clothing and gear offering is excellent. Sometimes products need to be backorderdered but if you don't need them urgently, the good service is worth the wait.

Great Service

My item was shipped very quickly, and when I needed to change the size of what I ordered when I realized I ordered the wrong one, they responded immediately and accurately.

Terrible quality of service and packing

First of all I have ordered backpack as a gift for my fiancee's birthday. Her day was on 17th so as soon as I noticed delivery est. time 13th I have decided that 4 days more is safe enough. Unfortunately it was not. After contacting support they have told me that there can be delays whatsoever.

It is ok, I have made handmade 'voucher' and we have been waiting for the parcel. Today (18th) we have collected package. Carton box was damaged all over, I did not found receipt inside and I have been thinking that at least we can expect any kind of foil, wrapping paper or bags. There was nothing but a rolled (backpack) inside but it is not end. Backpack is !totally! different then the one that I chose (with favourite colours) as wanted.

As a worldwide reseller they need to teach a lot for the competitors so now, we do not have backpack that we wanted, customer experience is equal 0 because of the way delivered.

Unfortunately, as seen in the tracking and upon arrival, the package experienced shipping difficulties. DPD had to repackage it, which explains the delay and the damaged box.
Regarding your COTOPAXI backpack, it is a unique item made from fabric remnants, so each model is different in color. This information is clearly stated on the product page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

impressed with the customer service

I bought a travel bag from Hardloop in June 2024. There was a problem with the delivery and I was really impressed with the customer service who dealt with it immediately and efficiently. I got my product the next day and I'm very happy with it.

Ordered same product twice

Ordered same product twice; recieved the wrong size twice. After customer service and wasted time for returns, refunds and negotiations on trying to make it work and buying the correct product, I was refused any type of assistance. I hope the refund is on the way, stil waiting.

The customer service is always great

The customer service is always great. What I would like to see better addressed is the availability of certain products, which although they're not available they're still marked as such. The result is delays of a month or more, awaiting for the product to arrive from the manufacturer and then shipped to the customer. Other than that, it's always great to shop from Hardloop.

Simply put: The best experience with an online shop for Outdoor gear in France

One of the best shopping experiences on any French online shop!!!

Easy browsing on the site, insightful descriptions for the products and many product pictures, easy ordering with many delivery and payment options. All my orders have always been sent out on the same day or on the next day at the latest (and when there was a stock issue I was immediately notified by email and given various alternative solutions). Products always arrived carefully packaged. And when there was a size issue or simply the product did not work for me I could easily return them (in the very generous 100-day return window) with the provided return label and my reimbursements were never late!

If you ever hesitate on whether to order with Hardloop or not, go ahead and place an order! You won't be disappointed! Definitely my favorite place to shop online for outdoor gear in France.

Hartloop cant find the package

The company claimed that the item had been delivered to the parcel shop twice, but the parcel shop did not have it. I couldn't get my money back until they found the package. The case is now on its 3rd week and is still awaiting reimbursement. They make it my problem that they can't find the package. Bad customer service.
