I placed an order on the 29.10; I didn't receive any confirmation or delivery details.
On the 3.11 still no correspondence so I sent an email asking for info through their website.
7.11 sent another email saying I hadn't received any answer or info.
9.11 have written another email today asking for information.
As of now I haven't received anything other then an automated response, absolutely no customer service has been provided and I'm not even sure I will see what I have ordered or the money I have sent. Not happy all
After writing this review I now have had an email saying my package is on the way. I change my review from 1 to a 2 star review, as there was still no communication till after I wrote experience review.

looks like something went wrong for this shop around october 2023 ? multiple 1 star reviews. i see customer support has responded here on tristpilot how sorry they are- no you are not. i am not receiving any response via phone nor email for several days, the order was placed 2 weeks ago.
Update : it is between seasons and they must be simply on holidays like the rest of the seasonal shops in the alps right now. * dirty word *

Terrible experience
I was meant to receive my order a week ago. I have heard nothing. No despatch notification, nada. I have submitted a query via their website and only got a message to say they would respond within 48 hours - that was 3 days ago - they have not responded. I
Addendum18/9/23: I finally got a response after 5 days saying item was on back order. My order was placed on 19/9 and no one told me this until 17/10 after several emails. I am now told my refund is on its way. Lets hope so.

Don't order if you're in a hurry. Be ready to wait for a month
Here's my experience : I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. It is for my friends who are leaving France tomorrow and was supposed to reach me 4 days before. It got postponed without any reason for 2 days and 3rd day I receive mail that address was incorrect. Buddy, this is THE ADDRESS where I have received MORE THAN 50 COLIS, and even if something is wrong, you don't mail after WASTING MULTIPLE DAYS nor contact after 19h when everything is closed. Still with some hope, as soon as I received last mail, I reprogramed to collect at nearest relay point, which took YOU ONE DAY TO REPROGRAM AND AM GETTING IT ONE DAY AFTER MY FRIENDS LEAVE. SO KEEP THE BOTTLES WHEREVER YOU CAN AND ENJOY.
