Don’t hesitate - contact them!!!

I purchased a nose protector for a windsurfer, and though their payment rejected both Visa and Mastercard payments, their PayPal went through with no issues.

Hesitant I wrote to them and they were kind, fast and polite to provide pictures preshipment as well as order details etc.

Their customer service : 4/5
Their online payment : 1/5
Their prices : 5/5

This is a hidden gem, don’t get discouraged over the payment issues from credit cards, its a problem I hope they get sorted out because they deserve more notice!!

Ridiculously inaccurate sizing on clothing

On HL's webpage there are 11 reviews, but nothing is written, just stars (5's & 4's). Page would not allow me to submit a review. Here's my review: Fabrics and crafting is absolutely superior... BUT sizing is an absolute joke and refunds are convoluted. Why make great looking clothes if no one can guess what size they are?

Scam.

My credit card was automatically blocked for security reasons when I tried to shop on Hangloose's webshop. Stay away.
