Prompt efficient delivery of goods at a competitive price

My resent deliveries have been damaged with sugar strands all over my driveway,hallway. The time taken to hoover the mess and send photos and emails is ridiculous. The items got replaced but got lost by the parcel company not before arranging 2 scheduled appointments to deliver and not turning up. Finally I have a delivery and yet again damaged product. All they need to do is double bag the sugar strands as they have done sometimes in the past. I request this every time when I order.

Usually get a pallet delivery each week from the Glasgow depot, which is excellent. I placed a web order 4 days ago for items that were out of stock in Glasgow, and it still hasn’t been dispatched. The Glasgow staff are great, but the online ordering just isn’t worth the hassle anymore. The waiting times are getting worse, and I won’t be using the online service again. I’m not a small customer – I’ve been with Hancocks since 2010 and spend over £45k a year with Glasgow.

There was a mistake with the order and it was sent to the wrong place. Hancocks realised it was wrong and kept me informed of everything that was going on. All sorted now and n othing was too much trouble for Sammie.
Gives you faith in companies.

Great service, had just I required with Milky Bars, and delivery to my home. At the event we are going to I am dressing up as The Milky Bar Kid, so the Milky Bars will be on me ..

Product availability was good but the delivery costs seem quite steep. Product was of good quality.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Hancocks was able to fulfill a bulk order at quite short notice and at a great price. The process from start to finish was smooth and well coordinated and I always knew when the order was up to due to great communication from the team. Thank you Ady and the team for providing a first-class service.

DPD had messed around with our delivery (the first time in years of us using Hancocks) - I called up for help on how to resolve this and Andrea was fabulous! She managed to get a new order sent out for me, refunded the delivery charge on my 1st parcel and is handling the issues with DPD to have the original order sent back to Hancocks as she was worried on how they would look when they eventually arrived to me.
