Great service, had just I required with Milky Bars, and delivery to my home. At the event we are going to I am dressing up as The Milky Bar Kid, so the Milky Bars will be on me ..

Product availability was good but the delivery costs seem quite steep. Product was of good quality.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Hancocks was able to fulfill a bulk order at quite short notice and at a great price. The process from start to finish was smooth and well coordinated and I always knew when the order was up to due to great communication from the team. DPD had messed around with our delivery (the first time in years of us using Hancocks) - I called up for help on how to resolve this and Andrea was fabulous! She managed to get a new order sent out for me, refunded the delivery charge on my 1st parcel and is handling the issues with DPD to have the original order sent back to Hancocks as she was worried on how they would look when they eventually arrived to me.

Speedy delivery and everything packed well so only a couple of broken lollies this time (no biggie considering the way the couriers throw the boxes around!) Lol! Quality products too. xx

Hancocks are great, the sweets are amazing and a great price. Delivery is good, the sweets are very well packed with lots of bubble wrap (which my cats love getting afterwards!) Plenty of vegan choices too, I always use Hancocks, highly recommended.

Delivery was pretty quick. Value for money pretty good too. The only thing that lets Hancocks down (and the main reason I wont shop with them again) is that there were several items I put in my basket after their website said there were sopme in stock and they were available for delivery but when I went through to my basket to buy the items, several of those items were suddenly 'Out Of Stock'. This was not becasue someone else had got to them first. I went back to their site a few days later and the same items I had originally wanted were in stock and available for delivery... yet again I tried to buy them but again got the 'There is an iossue with some of the items in your basket message'. I went through to the basket and yet again 'Out Of Stock' (specifically some of the Hancocks Exclusive Choc Nibbles flavours!!!)

From order to delivery the process couldn't have been easier. With such a variety of options there is little need to look elsewhere.
There was a fair amount of bubble wrap, which I think personally was not needed, especially given they are in plastic tubs.
Otherwise, the products are great with fabulous service/ delivery.

Really pleased with my order from Hancocks. I ordered a mix of sweets including chewy, fruity, sour, chocolate and bubble gum varieties and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. The selection was great and the sweets were fresh and full of flavour. Delivery was very quick as well. Overall a really smooth experience and I’d definitely order again.
