Purchased a transceiver from ML&S, had a small problem.
I sent an email to the sales team and received a phone call within 5 minutes from Theo Kay!
Theo offered to collect the transceiver, and sent a DPD collection note.
ML&S received the unit in quick time, they immediately performed an inspection and within a few hours I received an email, saying a new replacement is on the way
When buying a radio my experience has always been a pleasure, I for one will always return to ML&S

Excellent service! What more can I say.

I've always found ML&S totally reliable. Rapid delivery, item as listed, all fine.

I've ordered several items in the past from ML&S (hamradio.co.uk) the last being a desk mike for my IC7300. As with the other purchases the item arrived on time and was extremely well packaged. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I ordered a Peovi cage for Icom 705 transceiver on Saturday 22 November 2025. The item was delivered as promised by lunchtime on Tuesday 25 November. The product is beautifully engineered and in my view a 'must have' accessory for the IC 705. Thanks to John McIntyre who dealt with the order and despatch.
