I will not encourage anyone to enroll with Hampton Cross global , especially their paralegal programme. They are just only after your money !!!!

Absolute scam and waste of money.
They give you a few tasks to do with your tutor online.
When it comes to placement they don’t have the money to pay tutor so don’t pick up the phone or answer any texts or emails so don’t bother with this company.
Been almost 6 weeks and still haven’t heard anything back.

Stay away from this scam Sage training company ( legal action should be apply on them )

Earlier this year, I got a call from a so-called “recruitment agency” offering a Sage course + work placement in London (minimum 8 hours/week). They made it sound legit and asked for £1,500 upfront, saying if I wanted to take the test quickly, I’d have to pay more. If not, I’d wait 3 weeks and “probably fail,” then pay another £150 for a retake.

After I paid, they stopped answering the phone most of the time. I had to chase them non-stop. Eventually, they sent a guy from Glasgow who claimed to be an accountant—but only gave me 10 minutes of training a day. He’s now pulled out because they didn’t pay him either.

Whole thing feels like a cash grab scam. Super unprofessional, misleading, and stressful. Just a warning to others: don’t fall for it. Do your research and avoid this company.

Awful 😞 experience! Pressure you into paying or they will take legal action but provide no service! How do I get my money back as I have been scammed and now they will not answer my emails or phone calls?! I got access to the Business Analyst course, managed to do an easy exam which they prolonged & I was supposed to get an unpaid placement which they have disappeared on me about!
How do I prove to the bank I have been scammed to get my money back? I’m so so so upset!!!

& now they are will take this post down because they know they are just a massive scam & con!!! People have said it here rightly already!!!

Though i am yet to finish up my online IT Programme course, but the course have been really helpful and i can understand a broad aspect of IT. Thanks to Ms Fatou Njie who have been a great support system and i cannot thank her enough. Thank you so much Ms Fatou Njie for always helping. I can't wait to finish up my online course and start the practical aspect of the course in order to have hands-on experience.

Really scummy to give people hope that they're getting a job they applied for. They cold called me from a dodgy telecommunications number and tried to pitch a course to me under the guise of being payed straight after, a measly £20,000. Say you don't have to pay for the course until you're working but that they need a deposit to secure your place.

There is no proper communication. They don’t reply to emails. They first convince you to pay, by telling there can be exams whenever you want. Then they ask you to wait for month just to sit for exams. Quality of content is poor. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. In the beginning before service they ask you for 5 star reviews don’t believe in that.

In August 2023, I was approached by a representative from Hampton Cross and subsequently enrolled in their course, as I was struggling to find relevant experience in the accounting sector. Despite initial promises, I found the course content to be outdated and comparable to any standard online course. The examinations consisted solely of multiple-choice questions, offering limited depth.

During the enrollment process, I was assured a work placement with a company based in Canary Wharf, but I was ultimately assigned a remote placement, which did not provide the hands-on practical experience I was expecting. While I did gain some relevant knowledge and skills from the placement, I was left disappointed by the disparity between what was promised and what was delivered.

Throughout the course, I was never assigned a tutor, despite being assured one. Communication with the company was slow and unresponsive, often requiring me to send multiple follow-up emails before receiving any reply. This lack of support left me feeling frustrated and neglected. Additionally, I submitted my CV and personal statement to the careers team for feedback and improvement, as suggested, but I never received any assistance or revised documents.

A year later, having completed the work placement, I have yet to receive any job support from Hampton Cross, despite being told during the initial interview that they would assist me in securing a role within the accounting sector. My attempts to follow up via email have gone unanswered, and there has been no acknowledgment of my progress.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against paying for this course. The promises made were not fulfilled, and the experience was not worth the £1,600 fee. You would be better off pursuing a standard online course or exploring internship opportunities through a different provider. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Hampton Cross and regret the time and money invested.

Hampton Cross has equipped me with the necessary tools and materials to navigate the course effectively. The content was clear and easily understandable. I would like to express my gratitude to my mentor, Ryan Martin, who consistently demonstrated professionalism and delivered information in a well-structured and comprehensive manner, making it easy to grasp. His excellent management and genuine care for students greatly enhanced my experience at Hampton Cross.

However, I would suggest that the company consider updating the Excel program, as some inputs are not current or compatible with iOS. While I have not yet participated in the placement, I am confident that it will contribute significantly to my professional growth.

When I enrolled for the Human Resources Training Programme with Hampton Cross, I was sceptical about the credibility of the program. Coming to UK with lots of experience earned from abroad, I was looking for a programme that would help me adapt to the local employment landscape. Hampton Cross came to the rescue. Their programme is quite detailed the content is great. It gives its students solid grounding on the practical elements and nuances of HR practice in the UK. What makes it more exciting is the work-related training segment where candidates experience the real taste of HR practice through on-the-job placement. The programme is quite affordable with very flexible payment terms. In my case, they structured a financing facility that suited my circumstances. The course content's availability online affords students flexibility to study at their own free time and pace. The support from Hampton Cross staff throughout the programme was guaranteed regardless of time of the day. My special.appreciation and gratitude goes to Gareth Telfer who was always available to assist me from day one, checking on me regularly on progress, responding to my emails even in the middle of the night. I recommend this programme to new comers to the profession, those with foreign earned experience and those experienced horses who want a refresher course to reconnect with latest HR trends.

Shana Mace was the person who guided me for the accounting course which would lead me to a work placement leading to a permanent job placement. Throughout Shana was very helpful and concerned about the course progression and stayed in touch.

I graduated last year and had a lot of difficulty finding a job due to not having any experience. I was contacted by Hampton Cross who offered me there legal programme which at the time was something new to me, I never really heard of anything like it. The legal programme had an in-depth curriculum and detailed practical assignments which prepared me for the real world of a paralegal, when I started my placement I was comfortable and able to be a valuable member of the team. I'm now working as a paralegal, and it all started with the programme offered by Hampton Cross. Highly recommended!
