I purchased the Bone Flex supplements…

I purchased the Bone Flex supplements from Lonvera I had ordered the Buy 3 get 2 free . When my package arrived it only contained the 3 bottles I purchased and the bonus bottles were missing.
I contacted Lonvera through email and they were on it immediately, they had my package out and in the mail within two Business days with the missing bottles at no charge to me. This is what customer service is all about mistakes happen but taking care of the situation in a timely manner and making sure I was kept updated throughout the process!!

Their customer service is top tier! I worked with Sheila who is absolutely amazing! She was very easy to speak with, great with understanding my problem, and she quickly found a solution. I could feel her smile through the conversation. Not once did I feel invaluable. Great company and great customer service!

Very happy with service. Very professional and caring. Costumer is priority for them which makes me over the moon. That’s the most important thing to respect and value costumer. And this service is the one.

These folks are super friendly and amazingly helpful

These folks are amazingly helpful! My shipment never arrived, and they sent me a replacement very quickly. Great response time from them, especially Marion, and super friendly and helpful. The customer service was well above and beyond anything I have ever seen before, they were friendly, fast and downright a pleasure to work with. I wish a lot more people and companies were like this! These folks are a great model of truly superb customer service!

I am 55 years old it helped me going to the bathroom again I have had prostate problems for a while. It also help me wake up like a young man again it’s a very good product. I recommend Vita bull to anyone man over 50 years old instead of taking any other chemical medications !

Dont get scammed make sure you check the quantity of your order

This company nailed it with this product. A perfect blend or beef supplements not found anywhere else in the market. HIghly effective, well packaged and ideal for shipping. My guess is that sales for Vital Bull will explode over time as more people experience what I've found.

I bought some grass fed liver capsules…

I bought some grass fed liver capsules on March 5th. Today is the 14th and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking shows it's stuck in transit with no updates. Absolutely terrible experience. I would recommend going to a supplement store instead of buying online. Funny how these companies will take your money immediately and then drag their feet in getting it to you. Don't waste your money or time with this company
