I’ve used this company a couple of times and unfortunately, when things go wrong, they go really wrong and there is no one to reach out to. So when things go according to plan, I had no complaints but now I had an issue you deal with people who honestly make no effort whatsoever by email only. You cannot reach them by Chat or Calling them as the line is constantly busy. They’re obviously understaffed and it’s a sad situation. Do not use!!

Wanted to get my boy a customized birthday card. When done with the design and confirming delivery options, turns out shipping costs are - at close to €4 - even more expensive than the card itself. To make more sense of those costs, I followed the suggestion to buy two more cards for two friends (different designs) - all to be sent to my own address. And then - get charged 3x shipment costs??? For three different packages? Doesn’t make any sense! Love the cards but delivery process leaves tons of aspects to improve - upon calling Klangenservice: nothing we can do, it’s the system. ???
Horrible experience!! I would give zero!! I let them know a week before when I would like the delivery and they couldn’t deliver!!!!!!!!!!!! This is horrible! And then they send you voucher codes for the price of the delivery…. 3-4 euros.. ridiculous… even if they would refund the entire money they couldn’t make up their horrible mistake to ruin a special day!!! Try to avoid them!!!
I use this website frequently and I’m very pleased. Last week I had an order that wasn’t delivered on the birthday of my friend. I was very disappointed. The fault was not Hallmark but the delivery company Packs. Still, Hallmark customer support (Jaime) showed understanding and gave me a voucher to reorder. I appreciate this a lot seeing they were not to blame. 100% good service and quality from Hallmark.
If i could give 0 stars I would! Customer service does not help at all, even if you call them after 1 mins you order a postcard or whatever. I made mistake with a extra number on the address and they were not be able to help me out contacting the delivery guy or delivery company to modify the address. I had to order an extra card cause I was in a hurry and i lost the money from the 1 one I ordered. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM NO MORE. O stars.
Don’t order a card that you want to sent yourself to your addressee. It costs you 5 euro delivery costs (for 1 card to you!) You not only expect that there are poststamps in the package for this price, but the customerservice also denies that you get poststamps in the package while it is in the description on the website. The customerservice is a joke in this matter.

Update. I received a message 25 minutes after my call that it had been delivered on Monday morning (I had already managed to make a few posts on Social media, TrustedPilots...). But Hallmark Nederland , you invest budgets in Ads (I'm a client from the Google Ads - fast-decision client) but don't care about Customer Support! You will not get returned clients or refferels from clients because of negative experience with you support team.
When I called, I wan't said 'Sorry for the the inconvenience, we will check what we can do/what the status is, etc"
I was only told 10 times in a row 'You provided incorrect address, you provided incorrect address...'. It felt as if I was talking to a robot.
- nobody called me on Friday, although I provided all phone numbers, gave a link to the address on Google maps, requested to inform me about the status or plan.
If you do want to have a long-term business and not to invest amounts in PPC endless, invest in your employees. It will bring good ROI in future.

If you want to send someone a card -> Please Never use Hallmark Nederland . They have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
Situation: ordered a card and flowers. Paid. Received an email 'incorrect address'. I replied (this addres is on google maps), gave my phone num and phone num of the person who is supposed to receive a gift. NO REPLY.
I have just called to their Customer "support" (although it's a scam) . They said they haven't received email and repeating every single time 'not delivered. your address is faut'. Well, dear Hallmark Nederland hallmark.nl maybe it's good so search a solution and not impudently steal money????
from belgium ; delivery boy from post nl didn't have time anymore to deliver the package and dropped it at a pick-up point, what's the use of letting delivered a package if the receiver has to pick it up somewhere?!!
Amazing cards! The graphics and quality exceed every and any other company. The perfect cards to truly convey heartfelt messages. Hallmark truly is a keeper! Love them!
