I placed an order for three rose packages for my three kids for Valentine’s Day. However, only 2 out of the 3 arrived!!! Imagine the chaos and upset feelings that I had to deal with. I am still waiting for the last package 2 days after Valentine’s Day. It ruined the surprise and joy for my little girl.

There was a deadly fungus on the…
There was a deadly fungus on the eucalyptus meant to be hung in the bathroom. I had to dispose of the product after a day, when it should have hung in the bathroom for a month. I was very disappointed. My previous purchase of the same gift for a sick friend was of the highest quality and lasted forever. I'm not sure what went wrong this time.
