Don't don't don't buy from this company

Please please don't buy from this company they are a terrible company for after service and parts.
Had a fridge/freezer from them and in August this year it developed a problem the fridge was freezing my food and freezer was defrosting my food. Got in touch with domestic general to fix the problem they sent someone out and they said it needed a new part a Schermo Display PN SPHA01227699 this was ordered in August we have had 5 dates so far but the part has not turned up now waiting for 25th November not holding my breath. Been in touch with HAIER on trustpilot, Facebook, text and email with no help no sorry just excuses. I have told them the part the company that needs the part and address they could even send the part to my address but no help is given. They can have my phone number to ring me to sort it and speak to me in person but no.
Please also be aware when you see their reply on trustpilot to get in touch and give you a email it's just a scam they never reply.
The only thing I could say to people if after reading this review and lots and lots of other on different trustpilot HAIER sites which get 2 🌟 it will be on you.
I am searching the Web and going to do a review on every HAIER site until my fridge/freezer is repaired, THEY JUST NEED TO SEND THE PART TO ME OR OR COMPANY DOING THE REPAIR.
i have also suggested they send their own repair person out.
I work long hours in the NHS and come home to a empty fridge/freezer every night since August, SHAME ON YOU.
No reply to any of my messages on trustpilot, Facebook or emails so this is the after service you will get if anything goes WRONG.

Don't waste your money

I had one of the more expensive models of washing machine and it only worked ok for 2 years. I had to basically spin one towel at a time, otherwise it wouldn't work, the on/off switch jammed unless pressed very specifically, then water started pouring out of the bottom on every wash.
I called in a washing machine engineer who couldn't find the fault and said it was a rubbish machine, so I just dumped it and bought a different make! What a waste of money.

I bought a HAIER washer drier

I bought a HAIER - i-Pro Series, nice looking, washes nice, but it really shacks in the spin mode. Engineer been, took over an hour to make phone call due to their phone automation. Engineer came, said they would post out pads for feet to help, never arrived, despite care plan. The drier is useless, take hours, and everything comes out creased up. Very very disappointed.

Worst service department I ever dealt with

Hi there,

I would strongly encourage everyone to avoid buying Haier and Fisher & Paykel appliances (F&P is owned by Haier)purely based on the appalling quality of their service department.

My dishwasher broke down two months after I bought it at The Good Guys, Chadstone store. The guys at the Good Guys weren't good at all and let me know with plenty of attitude that I would have to deal with F&P service myself. It's been three months trying to get it serviced and Fisher & Paykel's service department (ticket SA-0001279779) still hasn't replaced the leaky valve in a nearly brand new appliance.

A timeline of events:
-Dishwasher broke down two months after purchase. Called F&P service department and booked the earliest available technician, for three weeks later. Although I provided all relevant information on the phone over a 1hr phone call the technician showed up without any information. His tablet had run out of battery so I had to lend him my iPad for him to Google the same info I had given on the phone. He left without reconnecting the hoses to the dishwasher under the sink, so the next time I opened the kitchen tap it flooded my cupboard. He didn't fix anything.

-After calling again I learned a new part was necessary to replace a faulty one. They didn’t have a spare so we had to wait for the part to arrive. F&P received the part one month later, and I booked the earliest appointment available, for two weeks later.

-On the day of the appointment I received an SMS saying the technician was feeling unwell and wouldn't be coming. The appointment was rebooked for a week later.

-On the day of the new appointment I receive a call from the technician saying the wrong part had been ordered and I would have to wait for the right one to arrive.

-Strangely, the new part arrived at my address instead of Fisher & Paykel service department. When I called to let them know of this they refused to book a new appointment because the part shouldn't have arrived at my address. I spent two hours on the phone trying to convince them to book an appointment. They eventually relented and an appointment was booked for two weeks later.

-One week before this appointment I receive an SMS saying the technician was unwell and wouldn't be attending. This guy pulled a sickie one week in advance! Unsurprisingly, they do not appear to have someone to replace him.

-After calling and requesting a call back three different times I never received a call. I wrote this review while on hold on the phone. I estimate I've spent about six hours total on the phone since the beginning of the process. Meanwhile, the part needed to fix the dishwasher sits at home.

In summary, definitely stay away from these guys as they couldn’t care less about their customers. Good luck.
