After reaching out to the customer service through every single platform: website, Instagram, Facebook. I never got a responds
Their customer service is awful, they do not answer you, all they want is to sell more stuff, and then they ignore you. I tryid canceling an order and all i got was an email that they have got my email, then no more replies from the, no mather how much i contacted them, even when you try contacting them through all chanels, they do not answer. It's a scam company STAY AWAY FROM MNTD!!!

No Support. My Device is stop syncing wver 1-2 Weeks an need 6 days to sync again.
They posted online about how the last drops were shocking and how they were going to do better, then proceeded to do exactly the same and let the bots get drops again.
They are no better than the rest and from the evidence they are along the lines of nebra for company honesty.
In honesty, rak was a great machine but the company is just dire now.
So 1/100 for company honesty. - 1/100 for controlling the drops. - 1/100 for following through with controlling the drops and bots.
Good luck getting a machine from these ones, it's probably there own bots doing the buying, that's how dodgy they are.
I was so excited for this day, the day of the Canada product drop. I wait for the very second it opened, was able to add their product to my cart, went through their checkout process, then boom… OUT OF STOCK. The product I just ordered and was about to finalize was stolen from my cart, and now out of stock?! Complete fail for an ecommerce experience. Very disappointed.
I spent an hour just clicking the "CHECK OUT" button there was an error that read "Sorry there are too many requests at the moment, please try again." After a trillion times , i was finally able to fill out all the Information tab , the Shipping tab and then Payment tab comes... After clicking the PAY button , i get this (check image). How ridiculous is this. I wasted my entire morning and all i got was an error . YES, I DID CHECK THE ADDRESSES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT . NOT A SINGLE EMAIL OR NOTHING , I WILL NEVER EVER TRY THIS WITH THEM . RIDICULOUS!!!!
