Hatchette use Evri for deliveries. 4 out of 5 deliveries are delayed with no tracking updates from Evri at all. They tell you the delivery is delayed, no further notifications and the package appears sometime in the future.

I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and it apparently doesn't do any good because you keep sending packages. STOP!!!

Very Helpful.
There was a slight issue with my address somehow getting messed up, and my parcel going missing as a result. Spoke to customer service, and they were lovely, corrected the mistake with the address, and resent the item out immediately.

I think they have done an excellent job…
I think they have done an excellent job delivering on the original promise with the warhammer 40k combat patrol collection. Even with tariffs the company found cost saving in sending bundles of the months magazines to save on shipping as opposed to transfer the cost to the customer. I certainly dont mind getting one big delivery a month instead of one a week. Everything has come on time and as promised thus far and the models and magazines are excellent quality

Good product but not consistent on delivery dates
Although I am enjoying the series. My subscription never comes on the same week/day each month. The deliveries are all over the place. Which means my subscription never gets charged to my account the same time each month. This some time causes havic with my budgeting.

Leaving a second positive review now my magazine subscription is coming to an end.
Very happy with Hachette.
I've very much enjoyed their Warhammer 40k Combat Patrol magazine and all it's miniatures.
The magazine was well planned out with each magazine comprising of categories for you separate and consolodate in the binders they give you.
Which I much very prefer over having a simple stack of magazines.
The support team have always been prompt and very helpful in their responses.
Any issues, while rare, were sorted out quickly and smoothly.
I'm looking forward to seeing what they'll do next when they pick up 40k again, presumably later in 11th edition.
Thank you Mario, Sam, Hollie, Milly and Brook for all the help you've given me over the last two years of my subscription.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. The contents of the Winnie the pooh embroidery are beautiful, everything you need to get started is in the pack. With excellent descriptions of how to start all in lovely colours. Hints and pictures to do the stitches. I wish I had found this a while ago.
I contacted the company to ask it would be possible for my kit to come 7 days after I subscribed. Which is a bit cheeky as but i wanted it for my holiday. Lo and behold it came the day before I went. I have nothing but praise for this company.

A change of courier made better delivery
I reached out to Kiera and Ben in Customer Service at Hachette Partworks about the problem with my delivery experience. They responded and asked for photographic evidence which I shared. They seemed to appreciate my reaching out and telling them what was wrong and decided to send the special extra again that got damaged with a different courier. This arrived, a day later than anticipated because I wasn’t at home for the delivery. Although they asked when would be suitable to redeliver when I’m there, they decided to deliver sooner when I wasn’t there and left in a safe place. It did feel very contradictory of the courier but I think they possibly were just checking they were delivering to the correct address and not wanting to leave it at the wrong address. They maybe don’t have the facility or ability to ask the question they want to that isn’t contradictory so while the delivery experience wasn’t perfect it was a lot better than the first time and that is appreciated. Also thank you to Royal Mail for that.
