I had the problem getting my lat two…
I had the problem getting my lat two issue of the dambusters Lancaster. I first bought them from WHSmiths and all was going well until the owners of Smiths decided to sell their stores. So I had a problem getting the last two issues so I purchased them direct and they arrived safe and fast. I would say to anyone who is missing an issue buy direct. Many thanks to all.

Great models, but flimsy packaging and rough deliveries are a worry
The models themselves are fantastic to build, but the packaging Hachette uses for the parts and magazines is far too thin and flimsy. Combined with how Evri handles and delivers them, boxes regularly arrive squashed or damaged, leaving me constantly worried that delicate components inside are broken. On top of that, sorting out replacement parts or ordering over the phone can be a slow process. Solid products, but Hachette really needs sturdier packaging and better handling.

The bag was opened and a few bases were missing from the packaging. It had been wrapped in bubble wrap on the inside as though someone knew that package had been broken open. Please help us get bases!
