Still waiting for refund, over 3 months now!! Great product lousy customer service.😫

After three -months waiting,still did not get the paid stuff yet, always informed that's the shipping problem!! What's that all about!

The bracelet received was far too small. When I contacted the company they sent me a second braclet, which was still too small.
The bracelet was part of set and other was perfect. So i don't understand why they were not the same size... disapointing and not very rational .

The order did take longer then expected. The emails were returned quickly and the original package was lost so they sent a new set express. The quality was really good. They were thick and as per advertisement. I was very pleased with them. The packaging was perfect as well.

I just placed my 5th order of bracelets with GuyDrawer. The bracelets are in real good quality I can’t complain I wear different sets every day so far none are broken. I’m what you can call a satisfied customer cause I love wearing them.

Very engaging web site with very attractive options. I fell for a group as well as a single item and am very pleased that I did. The products are very high quality, elegantly designed, robust, and nicely packaged. They look great when worn ! And the team at Guysdrawer have been just great to deal with ! So highly recommended !

Love this site, their products are stunning, built solid & to last, great designs, & worth the cost - in fact I'm surprised a lot of their products aren't more expensive. I never fail to get compliments when I wear any of the items I've purchased. The only issue I had (and it's barely rateable) is that because I have such skinny little non-man wrists their bracelets wear on the larger size & don't fit as snuggly as they maybe should, but seriously not a big deal because they still look amazing on. I did have a longer than expected delivery time, but that was due to the COVID-19 epidemic not the company. Highly recommended, 5 stars

I placed the order with you on the 4th of June. You told me that it had been despatched on the 11th of June. Following exhaustive requests for a tracking number l still have not received my bracelet (07/15/20 06.30hrs). The delivery times you advertise are false and totally misleading.

Took over 3 months for the order to arrive.
