Hello Loreto, information on shipping is stated in our Shipping Policy (https://korokitotes.com/pages/shipping-policy) where we have mentioned that "International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We hold no responsibility." However, if you send us an email at info@korokitotes.com, we are more than happy to cover half the costs.
