I bought a Regina Saddle Bag for my bike and, less than a month after use, the zipper was ripped! I contacted Gusti Leder and they told me that the zipper is NOT covered in the guarentee and that if I want to fix it, I should pay for the repair. The original bag broke in LESS than a month and it was definately not worth spneding more money on such a LOW QUALITY product.

Quick delivery, good quality leather

Went to their store yesterday, and it ended up with me buying two beautiful suede bags! I have their products at home already, and what I like about them is that they fit everything. Such good, affordable prices and so many nice designs. The staff was really friendly, too!

The bag is great, especially considering the price.

However, the strap was missing. I sent them an email. They responded after only a couple of hours, and the next day they shipped the missing strap.

I can't believe all the bad reviews saying the service is bad. The service is superb!

Gusti Leder makes beautiful products, but the quality and the service are very, very, very bad.

I bought an 80$ leather backpack called 'Bobbie 15' earlier this year. After 20 days of use, the bottom tore apart. I had only used the backpack for stuff Gusti refers to on their website: a macbook, some papers, a water bottle.

When I got to their customer service, they sent me this unbelievable answer: 'Our Repair Team has studied the pictures you sent us and concludes a dog has destroyed your backpack. Therefore we offer no service.'.

Can you believe? We don't have a dog. What a shame.

Never again! Worst service ever, very bad quality. Don't go there.

I have had a very good experience with Gusti Leather. My girlfriend has bought things from them before too. This time I didn't receive the parcel, but when I wrote to them they promptly apologized and resent it, and I had it a few days later. And the notebook is very beautiful.

I bought a bag from this brand on Zalando and I'm very pleased with it. Great quality ! I received many compliments.

I bought handlebar grips that have a good feel and were easy to install.

Had a bag for just over a year with minimal use and today the straps snapped off as they’ve use poor quality metal attachers which I pointed out when I received the bag and was assured there would be no problem. I also received a completely different colour bag from the one advertised and the writing I paid extra for was faded and not uniform. Do not waste your money, I’ve had bags from primark that lasted longer.

I recommend. Good quality products. Trustworthy company.

i bought a backpack in september, in berlin, in the official store, the next day i was going to switzerland and it broke at the seam because it was very bad made, i contacted them in the first 14 days and they refused to give me my money back, they denied me the return of the product when it is totally illegal and in their own web they say that you can return it in 14 days for any reason, I have been trying for months to claim in European organizations and in my country in the consumer office but they do nothing, it is a pitiful store, do not ever buy here, the products may seem good for being leather, but they are poorly constructed, it is a shameful company, mistreats the customer, I will not buy again ever in your store.

Ordered a bag from here and was very impressed. Quality is fantastic, the engraving looked cute and the order even came in a little dust bag, which I didn’t expect for the price. Shipping was super fast too and I like how transparent the company is with production and pricing. Would order here again.

I bought 3 products from them: a tobacco pouch, a backpack and a belt pouch. 3 great products for quality build and craftmanship. Very pleasant to the eye as well. I think they deserve 5 stars considering that prices are not cheap but not that high either. So all in all very good value for money.

After much consideration, I decided to buy a bag as a gift from Gusti Leder, I'm very disappointed with the choice I've made. First of all, I've waited two weeks for the item to arrived, whereas on the website it stated that 2-5 working days. And then the bag came with no engraving, when I wrote to the customer service for a solution of either refund the money of engraving or I return the bag for engraving, she then said that the engraving is free which is not, I have to screenshot the cost from their website to show her that I have paid extra for it. And even that's their fault, you still have to pay for the postage of returning the item? It was a really bad experience shopping with them. I should have read the review before buying from them.
