Poor quality and poor customer service

1. Very poor quality, the bag is damaged soon after using it.
2. Will never forget the bad customer service, shockingly bad. So my judgement is this brand will not continue too long.

Regret

After much consideration, I decided to buy a bag as a gift from Gusti Leder, I'm very disappointed with the choice I've made. First of all, I've waited two weeks for the item to arrive, whereas on the website it stated that it's fast delivery and with 2-5 working days. And then the bag came with no engraving, when I wrote to the customer service for a solution of either refund the money of engraving or I return the bag for engraving, she then said that the engraving is free, but which is not, I have to screenshot the cost from their website to show her that I have paid extra for it. And even that's their fault, I still have to pay for the postage of returning the item? It was a really bad experience shopping with them. I should have read the review before buying from them.
