We’re sorry to read this. A balancing result of 140 g is understandably concerning, but the cause needs to be verified with the fitter’s report.
If you have not yet opened a ticket with our after-sales team, please do so from your customer account and include photos plus the garage’s balancing report so the case can be reviewed properly. If a ticket is already open, we will ask for your claim to be prioritized internally.
Please note that tyres already mounted are generally not taken back for safety reasons, unless our after-sales team confirms a product conformity issue after review.

Ordered 4 Continental PC 7 275/45 r20…
Ordered 4 Continental PC 7 275/45 r20 tires for Volvo xc90 2018 t5, received 3 tires as ordered and 2 Bridgestone Turanza 6. Total madness. I have to return the 2 wrongly delivered, order the fourth again and pay for delivery. And there is still no refund for the fourth one that is missing from the first order. I thought this can't happen to me.
01.06. ordered, delivered (wrong).
08.06. filed a complaint.
10.06. ordered the 4th one that is missing.
15.06. GLS picks up the 2 wrongly delivered tires.
16.06. arrived the 4th one that was specially ordered
( paid delivery).
19.06. they report that they received two wrongly delivered ones (warehouse is processing the data).
26.06. there are no refunds yet.
So much stress! No human customer service
(just some AI chatbot).
I don't recommend it.

We are sorry for the repeated delivery errors and the long delay you describe. Receiving the wrong tires, having to place an additional order, and still waiting for the review of your return is understandably very frustrating.
As you already opened a complaint on 08.06, we will ask our after-sales service to prioritize your case internally so the return received on 19.06 and the pending refund review can be handled as quickly as possible.
We also regret the lack of direct support you experienced. Complex cases are handled by human agents, and your feedback will be used to improve this point.
