Very poor customer service. I waited three weeks for a cardigan. I contacted the company and received
a case no. Then absolutely nothing. I have also had two items refunded recently with no reason why they cancelled these orders. I would add, before receiving refunds, Gudrun held my money for some time. Unusual clothes but quality erratic, returns awkward .
