they were not disrespectful but they right out refused to acknowledge the short comings of ther services and when confornted they they make every excuse in the book then i asked them to delete my account and remove my service oh and they did just didnt issues me a re fund and re fused to acknowledge half the issues i tryed pointing out then deleted all my invoices for billing and support tickets so i could not dispute the charges so 0/10 would not recommended ...............
.funny how I sent multiple msg but you chose to focus on the one that would end the conversation/avoid accountability for the poor service that was being provided simply put crappy service and personal sucks to sucks right

From the moment i started with GTX Gaming being new to owning a server i was opening alot of support tickets and i have never experienced such quick responses and assistance the team is amazingly helpful and ensure that i get all the support and outcomes needed

Your customer service is top-notch, I talked to a live person that resolved the problem with my dedicated Valheim server within 15 minutes. Been using GTXgaming for the past 4 years and have never been more satisfied with another gaming service other than Steam themselves. Great company!

James Knott was very professional the whole time, and also engaged in a little bit of humor during the waiting process.

Started off really well, but very soon started having massive performance drops in game (Arma Reforger).

They moved my server twice , still didn't fix the problem.

Emailed the CEO hoping they could maybe intervene, no response. Clearly not interested in customers.

Moved to another server provider.

Wouldn't recommend if your serious about running your own server & community.

The staff claim to provide support but have no idea how to set up a server or fix your problem, for a service THEY provide. Their live chat people have little to no resources or training to actually help you. The server hosting is complex and they have no intention on making it user-friendly. One of the staff members encouraged me to reinstall my server which ruined txadmin. Still refused to help me fix it though. -$30, waste of time.

Jamie was extremely patient and professional. At first it was a mistake on my part in ordering the waiter.
This was resolved very quickly and sympathetically once the problem had been identified.
To GTXgaming: these technicians are yours to keep! Forever!

James responded super quick, every time. I had no idea what I was doing and he helped from start to finish, solved my logging in issue, helped me get the server up and running, and then fine tuning the settings. I really loved not having to sit around and wait for a reply, in the span of 7-10 minutes he had everything running smooth and must have responded to 10 messages while doing it. This is the reason I will only use GTX

Was asking questions about dedicated server and vps servers that are offered by GTXGaming, I was communicating with James Knott and he was EXTREMELY helpful and polite. I genuinely appreciated everything that he had to tell me in response to my questions and was thoroughly pleased.

I was having issues with another Company and GTX Support team Really stepped up Giving me a discount for my Troubles and Really were amazing The Hosting is easy to use and I think you would Enjoy It.

Within the past two weeks I have been assisted with multiple problems, all caused by my own inexperience in server hosting, both times the agents (Brian and Jamie) have gone above and beyond, Jamie diagnosed the issues for me when I couldn't and Brian actually went in and repaired my server for me!, couldn't be happier with GTX as a host, they are phenomenal, I shopped about with the likes of Nitrado ect but GTX is in another league, they allow more access to game files allowing for more complex modifications and have an incredibly user friendly game panel that makes server management a breeze, honestly I would give them 6* if I could.

Just better in every regard , quick responses on tickets, fast and quality server , truly better than most providers.
Top notch would definitely recommend !

I have rented from gtx on and off for years .. great prices and 5* customer service every time. I recently needed help . Not only was Steven patient. He listened and help resolve my issue fast. Gtx customer service is 5* .. Steven helped so much I still feel he deserves employee of the month if the company does that smiles.. thank you again

I'm 70 years old and when I was younger I was pretty tech-savvy, but the consumer side of things made me lazy, so this server stuff has me a bit rattled. I would especially like to express my appreciation for Senior Support Agent James Knott. His patience and commitment to getting my server to submit to my demands is what led to my decision to continue using GTX.

Some day I'll be able to figure out all this stuff on my own, but thanks to Mr Knott and the other support staff I know the server will work just fine until I do.

Visited GTXGaming looking for a Valheim server, knowing very little about the process. My chat helper John Kramer was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and patient guiding me through the process. Server was up & playable like lightning-speed, no lag whatsoever with players from 3 different countries (2 different continents) playing. GTXGaming server set up very easy to use while offering a lot of customizability.
As a person who is not tech-savvy, I was really grateful for John's patience & expertise. Good job all! Very happy with my GTXGaming experience!
