@Grubhub Pro tip: if you cancel a customer's order twice in two weeks — including one during a business lunch — don't offer them a free trial of YOUR paid service as an apology. Twice. And definitely don't address them by the wrong name. Asking for a $30 credit apparently requires more authority than anyone at @Grubhub has. 👀

Grubhub customer service is horrible!!! Their driver delivered someone else's order and not mine and refused to help me. They then sent me a link that did not work and then refused to send me another one when that link did not work and they refused to do that. All I was asking for is to get my order. Every time I asked for a supervisor they would tell me they were a supervisor. This is all crap!!!!

Waited almost 2 hrs for my food. They said they was going to refund my money plus 5 dollar credit and still give me my food. Instead they canceled the whole order. AI or whoever is running your chat do not know what they are doing! I will be canceling my subscription
Grubhub lost my business.
Grubhub lost my business because they hire non-English speaking drivers who don’t bother to read the driver notes and only follow GPS like mindless fools. Their mapping system doesn’t take the drivers to the right location and the drivers don’t care if they drop off the food at the wrong location. I switched to DoorDash whose mapping system takes the drivers to the correct location and I don’t have to worry about my food being delivered to the wrong location because of drivers who don’t speak or read the English language. Shame on you Grubhub!! This review is forcing me to put in a date but there are so many dates when my food was delivered to the wrong location and I am sick of it. Grubhub should use the same mapping system the DoorDash uses!!

Terrible service
Terrible service. My food arrived over an hour late. When I tried to contact support for a resolution, I was met with unhelpful automated responses. When it did seem like I was talking to an actual person, they were not helpful. I will be deleting the app and using DoorDash service from now on. Their customer service has been way more helpful in the past for me.
Use an email over the app system is not going to help you
If you are a driver I recommend you email them or call them because their account if you're a driver sucks because the stupid verification ID is not going to help you It's going to actively hinder you and is going to basically syspend you in the least inconvenience way.

If I could give a zero star to GrubHub, that’s what I would give paid for priority delivery only to wait an hour and a half. They never showed up. I had to go to the business to pick up my food myself then they wouldn’t refund me because they said I had a lot of refunds well maybe that saying something about your business how bad it really is if I were you I would recommend taking your business elsewhere like DoorDash that is where I’m currently switching to.

If I could give them zero stars or even -5 stars I would. My order was over $71 and the numbers on my house are clear as day, and this is during the day as well. The driver flew past my house and delivered it to some other random house. I will never order from GrubHub again.
Unresposive app
I attempted without success to place an order with Grub Hub. The app said it was submitted, but would not confirm. I tried repeatedly and finally gave up and used Uber Eats. The restaurant told me they have a lot of issues with Grub Hub. I will no longer be using Grub Hub and will be deleting the app from my phone.

GrubHub losing the grip on giving good experiences
Last week I had order from GrubHub. purchased food . It was pizza and it came with no tape on the pizza box. My son-in-law seen the driver pull the piece up out of the backseat where four people was in the car with him as well. So strike one! So they gave me a discount. I decided to give him another chance today. I purchased my sandwich and instead of getting it in the lobby to the front desk. I receive the food on the ledge of the window by the door. The the business is open and the driver could have came in and dropped it off to the front. However they didn't and then the bonus is. I also got the empty container bottle on top of my food in the bag. They slowly going down with choosing the proper drivers to deliver our food. Very disappointed on how they handle my food.
Contact Free Delivery - Never Agree to This
One of my past orders showed as “delivered”, but it was left at someone else’s house. Grubhub would not give me a credit for food I never received. Since then I have requested “hand it to me” when I order. I unchecked the box saying “contact free delivery” and hand it to me. The last 9 orders I received were left on the ground outside my house. The drivers did not ring my bell or knock. They did not “hand it to me”. I have come to the conclusion that the drivers cannot read English.

Grubhub has the absolute worst drivers.
It's not the restaurant, it's the drivers. They sit still until the time gets pushed back and by the time they decide to deliver it's cold.
Alternatively, and more and more frequently, the drivers don't seem to know how to read. They can't follow directions on the gps. I have had several drivers call and ask me for directions after they've driven in the wrong direction. My road name has the word 'school' in it. I've had drivers drive to an actual school and wonder where the door is.

Grubhub service is horrible! Customer service definitely when something goes wrong with your order. The guarantee perks of $5 if your order is late doesn't apply after a couple of orders. When placing an order through them the ETA is always an hour later but still never on time. The few times I used them I had to wait over 2 hours ro receive my delivery. I do not recommend Grubhub for your food delivery service. Recommended service would definitely be Doordash or Uber eats, much better service.

Grubhub customer service is a joke. Zero accountability. They have no issue taking the profits, but when it comes to owning an order gone wrong, their m.o. is to blame the customer. When a merchant screws up your order, they flat out refuse to give you any type of discount, and are willing to lose thousands of dollars of your business over one bad $30 order. This comes from upper management. They treat their customers like peasants, they don’t have our backs, so why give them our business? Do yourself a favor. Switch to DoorDash or anything else.

Not to mention he apparently had picked up the wrong meal. After calling GrubHub to get this resolved, they had more excuses than you could ever imagine. This was my first time using this, not this time. They took forever and by the time it got here everything was cold and the chicken wasn't fresh. They only refunded half of my money which was irresponsible and unprofessional. I will NOT use Grubhub again.Disappointed bad first time.
I ordered food
I ordered food, gave very explicit directions to my home, but food was never delivered. I received a text saying it was delivered with a picture of my food sitting on someone else's doorstep!! When I talked with someone on their website, I was told my food was going to be reordered and redelivered. Time goes by, still nothing, no food. So I called their grubhub guarantee hotline only to find out my food was never reordered. I was told I would receive a $5 off coupon for my next order, and they also at that time put my food order through. I ordered my food at around 7pm. It finally showed up a little after 10pm, cold and wrong. The place was also closed now at that point. I will never use this service again. Anyone want my stupid $5 off coupon?? Yeah, I didn't think so - me either!!
