I would give this below a one but they don't let us do that. We put specific orders for GrubHub once delivered to ring the doorbell and they never do it. 2 we have made two orders that never got delivered to our house and GrubHub all they want to do is refund your money when this last order the place said that they would remake the order free of charge all GrubHub had to do is get a driver to go get it and bring it to us and they refuse to do it. We've had orders wrong and all GrubHub wants to do is refund the money again instead of getting a driver to pick it up and lastly we're Amazon prime members and we're supposed to get free delivery by GrubHub but every time you go to do it that way nothing's free delivery. After today's experience I will never ever use GrubHub again and I would hope that anybody that reads this post would not use it also.

They have drivers that steal food. I JUST had this happen to me. And when I called GrubHub they said it showed the food was delivered and they would not help me. We have cameras. We were on the porch the whole time. Total scam. The driver may have stolen the food but GrubHub stole our money. We will be contacting our credit card company. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB.

I am done with Grub Hub. Once again my dinner order was an hour late due to driver taking multiple orders at the same time. I will never use them again. I deleted my account.
GrubHub is the worst
GrubHub is the worst. They have great drivers - but the customer service team at GrubHub are ineffective. They lied and said they would increase a tip for a driver that I wanted to add extra to - and then didn't do it. They make it difficult to reward drivers who do a great job. I don't recommend them.

Can't seem to get a refund for my 77$ Ihop order. Instead I got 20$ of Jersy Mike's delivered. I will never use Grubhub again. Maybe you can start checking if these stupid drivers are actually literate!!!!
Refunds refused for restaurant mistakes
Part of order was not received. I was refused a refund because I waited 2 days. Customer service is little more than a chat bot or internationally outsourced and will not budge. After multiple refused refunds, I understand the "savings" of no fees is actually the refusal of refunds for the restaurants' mistakes.
Absolute trash
Absolute trash. Every single time I try them I have issues. It's unfathomable to me that they can change a delivery time to a 3 hour difference & the customer can't cancel. I am so done with them. I have use DD for years and never have such issues. Hate this company & their customer service is useless. 5 dollar voucher for a 40 dollar meal that took 3 hours to reach me.
BAD SERVICE
They were my go to for a long time and then all of a sudden my orders were delayed for hours and then cancelled. I'm not sure if it was the drivers because it wasn't the restaurants. My place of work is out a little bit from town, but it says they deliver there. It happened multiple times, not just once. Have change to a different service and I am very happy with them. DON'T USE GRUBHUB

Horrible company
Horrible company. They entered the wrong pickup time. Spoke to a representative and then to a manager, but no one could change it to the correct time I entered on the website. They just told me that this is the way it is—no measures to rectify the situation. I will never use them again.
Went back to Door dash!!
Was a door dash user until I realized GH was free with prime so gave it a try. Absolutely horrible. Ridiculous wait times and had two of my orders cancelled on me after waiting 30 minutes to see what was happening. Happened with two different restaurants days apart. Stated it was a driver issue but showed my driver at the restaurant? When I spoke with customer service was given attitude and was told it couldn't be cancelled. Can only get your money back once the restaurant decides to cancel your order even if they refuse to deliver. Insanity. Needless to say went back to door dash!!
Abruptly cancelled and refunded our order on Father’s Day after waiting hours.
We usually don’t use delivery apps. I generally cook. On Fathers Day we ordered Dad’s favorite pizza. The pizza place doesn’t offer delivery. This was around 6pm. The order seemed to proceed as normal and was with a driver when the status changed back to in the works. At nearly 8 pm they abruptly cancelled and refunded the order leaving us to come up with something else for dinner and gave us no way to review such awful business practices. I called the pizza place and they said they made the pizza and no one picked it up. We will never use this “service” again. I have found no way to review GrubHub on their platform so here is the best place I can think to leave this review. Had I known this was a possibility I’d have never trusted this service for a special occasion. Never again.

The food was completely cold. The orange chicken had concealed into an impenetrable lump. I asked that the order be hand delivered so I would know that it had come. It wasn't. So it stayed out there until it was inedible. $65 thrown away. And they refused a refund because it was written too long after the order.

This was the straw breaking the camels back!! I placed an order with Firehouse Subs through GrubHub, very simple, like most all of my orders. I notice Dejha is the delivery person so was immediately not happy. See she has a practice of NOT paying attention to her job and delivering the wrong persons order, NOT delivering the full order and just NOT giving a rats ass about providing any form of customer satisfaction. The past 3 orders have been delivered by Dejha and ALL were wrong todight makes the 4th and after immediately taking it to GrubHub and having them tell me I was not getting a refund due to too many requests, as if Im the one in the wrong. I am PISSED!! If anybody knows how to get the tips back let me know.

Got a gift card for father's day, tried 17 times to input, never took.followed all instructions. Doordash is superior
They need to admit a minimum value for delivery.
I think from my experience today, that grubhub should review what value is the minimum order they will commit to fulfillment. I have ordered between 100$ and 150$,before and they are delivered promptly and successfully. Today i ordered 17.00 + 12.00 tip. The drivers thru them out and took a picture of a tree. I contacted and reordered with a repeat of a tree picture. I wouldn't mind if they refunded my money.
Grubhub should be illegal
I used grubhub for the first time in months today, 6/21/2026 for Panda Express, the driver did not bring the peach lychee tea that I ordered or the sweet and sour sauce, Grubhub won't refund me, won't return my tip, and won't let me leave a one star review for the driver who should be fired. Don't use any delivery service they all need to be against the law.

Would give no stars if possible. Put my order in wrong for delivery time scheduled. First agent told me to call the restaurant. I questioned this because it was GrubHub delivery not the restaurant. Told me again to call the restaurant. Restaurant tells me no problem they can do it for the correct time. Guess what didn't get updated??? The GrubHub delivery time. I reach out to customer service and agent #2 tells me agent 1 was wrong, the time can't be updated. But also, it's not late because it will be here before the original eta, so they can't give me a refund or at least a coupon, since now they've messed up Father's Day dinner. I type to the second agent how annoying it is to have to chat for issues like this. He tells me there's an 800 number....
I call this number. More of the exact same script over and over again and being told "it's not late" and saying everything BUT admitting they messed up. Hung up on, called back and asked for a supervisor. The "supervisor" said his name was Elijah and refused to give me his agent ID. Took a whole two minutes to get a call reference number (326826064). And guess what? Same exact script except this time I'm told the order was fulfilled. Apparently it was left without the text/call I had put in the drop off instructions since my leg is broken and can't just walk back and forth to check.
Worst. Service. Ever.

I wouldn't give any star but no choice provided. Refuse to refund and only got a store credit. Please do not use this anymore this company stills your hard-earned money
