I ordered the coffee bean advent calendar for my husband for Christmas but am shocked to have received it already, 12 weeks before advent. I always thought you were meant to use coffee beans as close... See more

Brought your Christmas pods as a present for my coffee loving son -in-law. 😁
Quick delivery, beautiful advent calendar. Can’t wait to give it to my son and daughter in law
Partly my fault, as I didn't read the description properly. I order the advent calendar and thought it would be for 24 days. It turned out to be only for 12 which was disappointing. I don't see the point in these stupid 12 day advent calendars.
If I had realised it was only for 12 sachets of coffee I wouldn't have ordered, as that makes it pretty expensive for 12 cups of coffee. Reminder to myself to make sure I read descriptions thoroughly.
Really disappointing experience with GRIND.
Ordered the Sophy Hollington cup and saucer set, which was advertised as including a free limited-edition matchbox. It never arrived.
Customer service told me the matchboxes had sold out long ago, despite their website still advertising them as included.
They acknowledged the mistake but initially offered nothing beyond a 10% discount code that was already publicly available. After several emails, they eventually offered me a £2 refund.
I’ve declined it. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. You can’t advertise something you no longer have, then expect customers to just accept it.
Poor customer service and a disappointing experience all round.
Easy to order the only problem these days is that the post office delivers one day later than there message not your fault
Beautiful products delivered in eco friendly packaging and quickly. Thank you grind.
Beautiful items, carefully packaged and delivered quickly. Perfect Christmas gifts!
⭐ **1 Star – Absolutely Appalling Customer Service\!**
**What started as a great experience turned into an absolute nightmare\!**
I originally purchased some Grind coffee from my local supermarket and really enjoyed it\. So much so that I decided to visit their website, place an order and take out a subscription\.
Whilst browsing, I spotted one of their coffee machines priced at £295 and decided to treat myself\. What a huge mistake that turned out to be\!
When the machine arrived, I was absolutely disgusted\. Despite paying £295, the machine appeared to be **second\-hand\!** It was dirty, and the handle was wonky\. This was certainly not the standard I expected from a company charging premium prices\.
I emailed Grind immediately, expecting an apology and a quick resolution\. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I have experienced\.
They wanted me to send the machine back for inspection and expected me to cover the return costs\! Why should a customer who has paid £295 for a machine that arrives in such an unacceptable condition be expected to pay even more money to put things right?
Their attitude and handling of the situation were absolutely dreadful\. What should have been a straightforward resolution became an unnecessary and frustrating experience\.
**Grind, you have lost a customer who was genuinely excited about your products and had even been prepared to subscribe regularly\.**
It’s such a shame because I actually liked the coffee, but good coffee means very little when the customer service is this poor\.
**I will never purchase from Grind again and certainly wouldn’t recommend spending £295 on one of their machines based on my experience\.**
A very expensive lesson in how quickly a company can lose a loyal customer before they’ve even had the chance to become one
Amazing quality! Beautiful packaging, looks the exact same as on the website! Came very quickly, I’m so pleased
The coffee selection is amazing , packaging is original and quirky and the jokes are superb !!!
The delivery was so fast! I wasn’t sure how long fulfilment would be but it reached me weeks ahead Christmas. I’m
making it a gift to our small work team - so I get to enjoy some too! Can’t wait!
Great coffee, quick delivery and customer service team is always very helpful if I have a query.
I love your company. I have given up wine so coffee is my new to go to.
The company products are attractive and unique. I will probably be purchasing one of your Barista machines in the new year. And I have yet to try a coffee from my Advent calendar.
Avoid their Grind 2 coffee machine. It looks cool and makes decent coffee, but it prioritises looks over function. Coffee goes on the worktop as well as the drip tray, and it keeps tripping the fuse in our kitchen. The water container sits just above where the electric lead plugs in, and it’s started to leak just there. The marketing claim is “meet your forever machine” but it’s managed to last a few months past the warranty period.
Packaged and delivered carbon neutral it's always a pleasure to receive the grind order
My favourite coffee brand and the Christmas advent calendar looks amazing
Bought a Grind 2 in 2025. Lever fell off after less than a year. Emailed Grind and was informed that they couldn't repair as I’d emailed a few days after the after the 12 month warranty (we couldn't find receipt, so didn't know exactly when we’d bought it). They won’t repair or replace but offered a discount on the new model that comes out next year. Staggeringly awful company selling expensive machines that break in a matter of months.
