Tom Webster and his colleagues at Green Willow made my fathers funeral service special. Their attention to detail left no stone unturned allowing my family to focus on coming to terms with loosing dad.

Our funeral director Angela was efficient and caring from the first and dealt calmly with the unusual situation of enabling a brain donation to take place. She made sure all our options were explained and enacted. I felt confident at every stage that my husband’s funeral would proceed exactly as planned. Angela justified my trust in her at every stage and I am very grateful for her professionalism.

Green Willows were absolutely superb, at all times made you feel comfortable. At every step Alison showed compassion and sympathy and took care of everything.

At a difficult time Alison was very compassionate and patient. She went through everything very thoroughly and held our hand through the process.

Met up with ben dinas powys branch, who we had full contact with throughout dad's funeral arrangements, he was very attentive to details, very interested in any stories we told and generally had all the time in the world to listen and help us through a very sad and difficult time. Service & respect, empathy and compassion from all undertakers at the service were outstanding and they get a definite 5 star review from myself and my family. Alison and the Green Willow team were absolutely fantastic with my brothers funeral. Alison went above and beyond for us and they honoured my brothers wishes from his death right to the collection of his ashes. Nothing was ever a problem for Alison she was fantastic throughout the whole journey. Alison was incredibly empathetic, supportive and accommodating from our first meeting to the end of the funeral. She has a huge amount of sensitivity and professionalism that was so very much appreciated at such a sad time.

Alison and the Green Willow Funerals team were wonderful in helping us celebrate my lovely Dad, Jim, in a unique, special, and uplifting way. She patiently and warmly accommodated all our requests, including taking Dad on his final journey via vintage Bentley. With their help, we gave Dad a wonderful send-off. We sadly lost our mum on 02/10/2025. She had a funeral plan and used green-willows. The family would highly recommend this company. Louise was very professional.
