Great customer service. When I had an issue with my GreenPan, they addressed it and replaced it.

The products are great so far, but please pick a different shipping company then fed-ex. They only provided one tracking number for the multiple shipments, and the tracking was connected to a cookbook, not the almost $1000 pans.

I think we are going to like this set of pans. Just started using them and they seem great. Hope the long term durability comes true

The customer service team replaced the mixing bowl and were friendly and professional in dealing with them.
Green Pan needs to develop a better fastening method for the mixing bowl or a least stock just the mixing bowl.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GreenPan products, particularly as this assessment comes after two years of use and shortly after the warranty has expired.
Quality and Durability Issues
The non-stick coating, which is advertised as being highly resilient, began to fail significantly. Even with careful hand-washing and the use of non-abrasive utensils, food has started sticking to the surface, making the pans incredibly difficult to clean. This defeats the entire purpose of purchasing "advanced" ceramic non-stick cookware.
Safety and Performance
Furthermore, I have noticed issues with heat distribution over time. The pans do not seem to heat evenly, leading to hot spots that burn food while leaving other parts undercooked. For a product at this price point, I expected a much higher standard of engineering and reliability that would last well beyond the warranty period.

Overall, GreenPan has failed to live up to its marketing promises in the long run. The lack of longevity and the rapid degradation of the cooking surface just as the warranty ended are unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for quality cookware that actually lasts more than a couple of years.
