Love the pans
Love the pans. Very Nice looking works well on my RV stove top - Bonus. Love having lids that fit most pots/pans - I do not like how hot the handles get while cooking. My other set had metal handles that were not screwed directly into the pan and never got hot to the touch. 4 1/2 Stars. JJ

Shipping is slow, not happy with thos company
Shipping is slow, i ordered the 11th, its now the 16th and instead of my order going west to southern illinois its headed east almost an hour in the wrong direction.
Also im seeing quite a lot of bad reviews and the set i ordered is now at a lower price and i dont even have mine yet.
They wont honor the lower price.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

GreenPan customer service is top notch! Unfortunately, I have needed them much too often.
The GreenPan Frost is a great idea and extremely versatile, but it does suffer from one major design flaw. The "bowl" that the product is mixed/frozen in is very fragile where it seals to the unit. The tabs that hold the bowl in place and create the leak-proof seal are prone to breaking. Customer Service was fast in responding and very helpful in getting me back up and running, but the first replacement bowl they sent was defective right out of the box. The quality of the freezer unit seems to be excellent. The quality of the mixing bowl leaves a lot to be desired.
