Slow issue of documents by post
I was disappointed my documents did not arrive after 3 weeks - sent by post. (Update, they just arrived the night before we sailed). I asked for email copies and only got an acknowledgenenrt of cover but NOT EVEN EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN NUMBERS.
I missed a callback and the number given for recalling them was incomprehensible - spoken much too fast.

Had great difficulty on Wed 27th to get through to a call handler. Got through on the Thurs to take out annual car + caravan rescue for France. Went through as smoothly and helpful as previous years. No response on the Wed as high volume of calls and short staff. Well happy on the Thurs

Did not get a whole year only 364 days cover. You have to wait 24 hours for cover to start , which is fair enough but you shouldn’t pay for it
