Unacceptable last minute cancellation today when floors were supposed to come in!

It is not about getting the money back but when we have builders ready to fit the floor and the floors can't be delivered as promised today, it gets very expensive and much more than actually getting a refund back.

Why wasn't we, myself or my builder, informed about this much earlier?

I will NOT TRUST this company ever again. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Tribunal if I can on mis-selling and overpromising when clearly the Company can't deliver.

The wood flooring is fantastic

Was recommended this company from a friend who had recently relaid his 4 bed bungalow completely with engineered flooring from Green Apple Flooring, and from that after looking at numerous web sites of flooring manufactures etc we choose Green Apple Flooring. We were advised to get engineered flooring which my carpenter advised me to get and we haven't been disappointed, the final product as been amazing....!!!!!!!

My order was processed very quickly.
I had a problem with my order which was sorted over the phone with very little fuss.

ordering was fine but the wood didn't match the description and was a grey green colour not white so i needed to return it.also £80 of thresholds failed to arrive.I called to arrange this and there were no problems at at except the promised phone call and e mail to confirm when collection would be made never happened. collection was promised yesterday so i stayed in all day, no one turned up. i rang greenapple today to be told that the couriers claimed the wood had been collected!Greenapplle promised that they would get onto it and call me back, guess what , am still waiting for that call..... I can only imagine how long this will take to get a refund

We ordered the 3-strip engineered oak for our living room and hall, and were really pleased with the result. Matched exactly the sample we received, and we were more than happy with the whole process.
The only recommendation i could have would be: Can you send out a delivery date confirmation, or even estimate? I ended up emailing your customer service to follow up, only for the delivery to appear the very next day! If you pre-empt this by emailing (or texting) first, you can save your customer service guys wasting time responding to worried emails!

I would highly recommend Green Apple for all your flooing requirements because not only can you review all the products online and choose/receive samples but you can speak to someone knowledgeable and helpful on a landline phone number. Pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Good product , delivered quickly and on time

Disappointed with some of the planks. I knew when ordering the flooring that the colour would differ due to choosing engineered wood but I didn't expect a white floor to have patches of BLUE all over! Delivered on time with a friendly call to arrange a suitable delivery date.

and in fact is soo different it looks like a completely different flooring altogether. hugely disheartened as i was on the verge of ordering either the smaller width or the wider depending on what looked best in the space. I had searched high and low for the colour and finish that we liked and now its back to square 1.

Very helpful in making sure we got everything we need. A fast and friendly service, I would use them again

What can I say Green Apple flooring The customer service is fantastic always answer your question and always get back to you my brothers is laying my floor for me he said it's easy to assemble lovely colour and he will be getting a Flooring from Green Apple flooring as well done keep the quality up and the customer service as well

I ordered 6 samples and they came very quickly. And I was kept updated on their delivery.

Requested a couple of samples to be sent. Delivery received quickly and just have to decide on the flooring now.

Very efficient service.

Step one using the website was easy and informative.
Step two order some samples which arrived within 2 days.
Order placed and delivered three days later! Time given was kept too and the deliveryman helped me carry the flooring indoors.
Step four - paying for it! No huge shock as a most competetive price.
