We have just had our engineerd oak wood flooring supplied by Greenapple flooring and I have to say this is the best company that we have dealt with for a very long time.From our initial enquiry to having the floor laid has been a pleasurerable experience. Jeff at the company spent a long time with us advising on different types of flooring. There was no pressure to buy and having looked at other companies this company stood out. . A representative from the fitting department then visited our home and ensured that the correct amount of materials were ordered.The flooring was held is stock until we were ready to have it fitted and delivered by a very helpful driver.Alan the expert fitter arrived a week later at just before 08.00hrs every day and laid the floor for us. This man was a pleasure to have in your home and extremely helpful all the time he was with us. The finished product is absolutley brilliant. We cannot fault the service, the quality of product and the installation of our flooring. Old fashioned service which is often lacking in this day and age.The sales team are always on hand to answer the phone and offer any advice when required. Arrived very promptly. Good quality. We are looking further into brushed laminated as the area we want to cover is very bright with direct sunshine.

I bought this flooring on line and was very nervous as I had only seen a small sample. It has now been laid and look really beautiful and high quality. It is a rich walnut colour and is well laquered. The wood packs were delivered within 3 days.

Jeff Collins was fantastically helpful before, during, and after sales. The floor looks great and is very nice quality. I think click flooring may be a little easier to install than tongue and groove and my only tiny criticism is that our pre-oiled floor is a tad too matt so I may oil it again for a slight sheen. Love it though. Thanks.
